My work focuses on the development of soft manipulators and fluidic systems for soft robotic actuation, with an emphasis on optimizing pneumatic systems for versatile and high-performance movement. Previously, I was a postdoctoral researcher at the Soft Robotics Laboratory of Sungkyunkwan University (SKKU), South Korea, where I led research on bidirectional twisting muscles (BiT-PAMs) and hyperbaric vacuum-based actuators (Hyper-VAMs), while mentoring teams of graduate and undergraduate students.
